Millions of years ago, the area of today's Baltic Sea was covered with dense coniferous forests. Among the many different species, the amber pine led the way. Over time, its resin turned into amber. The organic raw material with a warm, honey color for many has become a symbol of optimism and new beginnings. Amber has delighted and intrigued for centuries with its diversity. ORSKA, inspired by its unique character, decided to make it the main character of the Baltica collection. The golden stones from the sea depths at the ORSKA atelier have been given gold-plated settings and a modern character.
Original necklace with amber
ORSKA combined two honey-colored ambers with great clarity using a brass tube with a satin finish. The whole piece was suspended on a long chain. The jewelry was made by hand. The ambers were polished in a family workshop on the Vistula Spit. The long, elegant necklace will create a beautiful set with geometric rings from the Baltica collection.
The ambers vary in color and inclusions, making each necklace unique.
