Jewelry collection for men inspired by lava
The signet is inspired by lava, softly flowing down volcanic slopes. When solidified, the liquid rock forms porous stones with an irregular structure, which we translated into jewelry forms at the ORSKA studio in Poznań. The signet ring was handmade by layering heated liquid silver. During this process, jewelers sanded and polished each layer so that the seemingly rough surface became smooth, soft, and almost liquid. The signet ring has burned irregular holes of different sizes. The cast silver formed an original design with a structure resembling fragments of volcanic rock. The smooth surface inside the ring makes it lightweight and comfortable to wear. The jewelry piece will work well with both everyday and more elegant outfits, adding a touch of extravagance to the owner.
How to wear a signet ring?
According to Polish tradition, noblemen wore a signet ring on the ring finger of their left hand. It used to be believed that this finger was the one connected to the heart. Sometimes it was also possible to meet gentlemen with jewelry on the right hand, and these were usually bachelors. However, in the Anglo-Saxon tradition, a man's signet ring is usually worn on the little finger of the right hand. In modern times, we have freedom in this regard. In choosing the hand on which to wear the ring, be guided by your comfort and taste. Artistic jewelry can be matched with both basic t-shirts and elegant jackets. Don’t be afraid to combine your signet ring with other accessories. With a watch, bracelet, or necklace it will form an interesting set. Follow your taste and don’t be afraid to experiment. That way styling and wearing jewelry will become a pleasure. Today a signet ring can also be an original accessory for a confident woman. That is why we make our rings in both men's and women's sizes. On our website, in the sizing tab you will find tips on how to choose the perfect ring size.
