Artistic, double-sided necklace designed during Anna Orska’s journey to Vietnam. Remarkable jewellery reflects the designer's contemporary interpretation of Vietnamese aesthetics. The spectacular, multi-element front consists of three long, red tassels and three elements of Vietnamese handicraft combined with silver. The round elements were painted red on one side and black on the other. The elements were made by local artisans using the traditional lacquer painting technique distinctive of Southeast Asia. The lacquered elements were inlaid on both sides with mother of pearl ornaments with floral motifs. The whole was set in oxidized silver frames delicately decorated with small freshwater pearls. The pendants were hung on a string of irregular sea pearls from the Ha Long Bay. The meticulous and complex structure in vivid colours surprises with its architectural values. The flowing fringes extend below the waist, undulating with every movement. The design is an exotic and incredibly feminine composition.
