Exchanges and returns
We always hope that our designs will give their new owners many years of enjoyment.
To make sure that all customers are fully satisfied with their jewellery, ORSKA accepts returns of orders purchased in the online boutique, within 14 days of delivery.
To return the purchased products:
- fill out the return form, available below,
- send it along with the proof of purchase to the following address:

- The returned product cannot bear the signs of use and must be packed in the original packaging.
- The cost of sending the jewellery to the ORSKA studio is covered by the customer.
- Jewellery purchased in stationary boutiques cannot be returned.
To exchange a product it should be returned and a new order should be made.
