Jewelry sizes

If you don't know your bracelet or ring size, no need to worry! You can go to the nearest jeweler - every jewelry store offers a standard tool for measuring and sizing. Or you can measure the circumference of your finger/wrist yourself at home. All you need to do is reach for a measuring tape. And if you don't happen to have it at hand, you can use thread or ribbon. Remember, however, that this way carries a certain risk: the size may not be adequate to reality.

Always specify the size measured tight against the skin. The jewelry is appropriately sized to be worn comfortably. Enter your preferred measurements in the "NOTES" box that you will see in the last step of the ordering process.

Wrist measurement - chain and stiff bracelets

For chain, hinge or cuff bracelets, measure the circumference of the wrist.
Use a tape measure to wrap it around the wrist at the narrowest point and measure tightly on the bone.
Many ORSKA chain bracelets or hinge bracelets are slightly adjustable thanks to the extension, which is a simple chain consisting of small links. Its length in a bracelet varies from 1.5 to 4 cm.
The average wrist size for women is 15-16 cm, and 18-20 cm for men.

Hand measurement - bangle bracelets

For bangle bracelets that do not have a clasp and must be put through the hand, use a tape measure to measure the circumference of the outstretched hand. The size should be measured at the widest part of the hand, so that the bracelet can pass through it freely.
The average hand circumference for women is 19-21 cm, and 20-23 cm for men.

Finger size measurement:

At ORSKA you will find rings in sizes 7 to 26.
To measure your finger size, if possible, visit any jewelry store.
If you do not have this option, measure with a tape the circumference of the finger on which you intend to wear the ring, keeping in mind that the size taken in this way may not be adequate.
The average ring size for women is 12-16, and for men 18-22.

Measuring the length of a choker:

For chokers, measure the circumference of the neck at the base. Necklaces are appropriately sized to fit a given neck.
The preferred length in centimeters should be entered in the "NOTES" box.

How to measure the length of a necklace

The length of the necklace is the length of the chain, not including the pendant, clasp and extension.
The total length of the necklace is the length of the clasped necklace measured from one side and multiplied by two.
On the product page, in the description of each necklace, we have given its standard length. However, especially for you, we can make a slight modification. If you would like to change the length, please enter your request in the "NOTES" box when finalizing your order.
Many ORSKA necklaces can be adjusted with an extension, which is a chain consisting of small links. Its length varies from 4 to 10 cm.
