The Meteoros collection - the most unearthly jewelry
In the Meteoros anniversary collection you will find... falling stars in the starring role. Inviting you to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the ORSKA brand together, we wanted to give you something truly unique, so we reached for the stars by bringing the Cosmos to Earth. Meteorites are the oldest stone we can find on our Planet. They were born together with the Solar System about 4.5 billion years ago. This makes them the most unearthly material we have ever worked with. We want them to make themselves comfortable in the brand for longer.
Gold-plated earrings like star constellations
The post earrings from the Meteoros collection were handmade from gold-plated brass. Created in an unpredictable process of metal pouring, they gained a soft, almost liquid form that immediately catches the eye. The design of the earrings was inspired by the constellations of stars, which can be seen in the arrangement of the elements. The earrings have a slender shape, forked at the top. At the bottom are pendants with fragments of the Aletai meteorite. The stone is round and has a natural silvery surface with a herringbone texture. The unique color of the meteorite contrasts with the warm gold of the surrounding setting. In addition, one of the earrings is asymmetrically decorated with faceted pyrite with a metallic luster. Pyrite is considered to be a stone that strengthens willpower and determination, making it easier to overcome obstacles and adding motivation. As a result, they are great for supporting the achievement of goals, both in personal and professional life. The perfect combination? Falling stars stimulate the imagination and encourage dreams, while pyrites help turn them into reality.
Aletai meteorite - falling stars in ORSKA jewelry
The Aletai meteorite, used in jewelry from ORSKA's anniversary collection, is a gift from the cosmos that fell to Earth about 10,000-15,000 years ago. Found in China's Xinjiang province, it is one of the largest meteorites in the world. Aletai was formed by a combination of iron and nickel, but this meteorite also contains docks of rare elements such as gold, copper and iridium. Meteorites, prized for their magical properties for centuries, are said to have protective and energetic abilities. The use of Aletai in the Meteoros collection not only gives it a cosmic appeal, but also makes you feel closer to the universe.
The uniqueness of meteorite earrings from the Meteoros collection
Meteorites, like natural stones, are unique, so they may differ slightly from those shown in the photos. Thanks to this uniqueness of cosmic particles, each piece of jewelry from the Meteoros collection is one of a kind.
