Nature, creating the most beautiful landscapes, leaves its traces in the form of riverbeds, majestic mountains and unique rock formations. Man also makes his mark on the world, through language, poetry, architecture and painting. Unfortunately, his activities are not always positive - excess carbon dioxide in the air, microplastics in the seas and tons of trash on the ground are infamous signs of our presence. The Baltica collection is a combination of traces of nature and humanity. We contrasted gold-plated brass, amber, and works of the Earth, with the creations of human activity. This surprising combination reminds us of the duality of our actions - we create beauty, but also pollution. Elegant geometric forms from the Baltica collection deliberately put them in the spotlight to remind us of our impact on the planet.

Geometric ring with natural amber

We handcrafted the geometric ring from gold-plated brass and natural amber. In a rectangular form we set two transparent ambers of warm color. Underneath the larger amber, we placed an engraving of an insect, which, imitating a natural inclusion, draws attention to the fragments of natural history written in the golden stone formed about 40 million years ago. We decorated the whole piece with a half hoop, thanks to which the ring has a light, openwork design. The forged surface of the metal on the front contrasts with the satin finish of the ring. When creating the ring, we used natural amber, so each piece is unique. No two rings are alike, just as no two ambers are alike.

Ring with amber - how to wear?

The striking amber ring can be worn solo. The original design is sure to attract attention and evoke compliments. Don't be afraid to juxtapose it with other jewelry!
