Floral designs in Plantis jewelry collection
The Plantis collection was inspired by the rich world of plants. Natural forms and patterns translated into the language of contemporary design created original jewelry reminiscent of colorful origami. In the ORSKA garden you can find a brooch with poppies, a pin with a cherry blossom, a necklace with forget-me-nots or a monstera leaf and many other floral designs. This time, designer Anna Orska's imagination created orchids in two sizes and two colors: white and magenta.
Delicate orchid earrings in magenta
The striking Phalaenopsis (of the large Orchidaceae family) earrings are made of brass, while the studs and clasps are made of silver. The five petals in carmine red contrast with the gold center and white Swarovski crystal, which adds sparkle to the whole design. The artistic earrings were handcrafted and hand-painted by jewelers at the ORSKA workshop. Delicate but colorful earrings attract attention, making it difficult to pass by them indifferently. The floral earrings will match other plants and insects from the Plantis jewelry collection: pansies, monstera, palm leaves, forget-me-nots, windflowers or ants and spiders.
Orchids - symbolism
The symbolism of orchid flowers has been present in cultures around the world since ancient times. The plant is a symbol of love, beauty, fertility and charm. The specific meaning of the orchid can vary depending on its color. While amaranth orchids symbolize grace, joy and femininity, white orchids are known to signify delicacy and elegance. Potted orchids are considered a great gift idea. Meanwhile, earrings in the shape of orchid flowers can be the equivalent of an everlasting bouquet given to a loved one.
