Birth of new Kembali travel collection
Nature and rituals are omnipresent in Bali, permeating the daily lives of the inhabitants, and are the link between the tangible and the invisible. These observations have also raised the question of the presence of rituals in our lives. Increasingly, seeking respite, we escape to nature. Nature soothes and inspires, and is the best way to get away from the stress, rush and pollution of the city. The Kembali jewelry collection is meant to be a reminder that getting back to nature should be our most important ritual.
Oxidized necklace with unique pendant
The black scarab perched on ORSKA's silver medallion was carved in Bali from durable arang wood, which is distinguished by its dark, almost black color. The arang wood carved pieces used in ORSKA jewelry are leftover from the process of creating larger, decorative pieces. In addition to the unique medallion, the ball-weave chain is finished with a pendant with the ORSKA logo, a "Limited Edition" plaque and a convenient snap hook clasp. The bright silver was oxidized, which gave it an interesting graphite color. A delicate engraving with a snake skin motif can be seen on the inside. The links on the chain allow the necklace to be fastened at two heights. The necklace was entirely handmade.
Scarab in the Kembali jewelry collection
The scarab is commonly associated with ancient Egypt, but it also has symbolic significance in Hinduism, where it is seen as a symbol of life, transformation and spiritual development. It is combined with the sun and life energy - the laborious work of the scarab is identified with the rolling of the brightest star into the sky. The carved scarab in the Kembali jewelry collection can be found in silver and gold-plated necklaces. Such a necklace will add lightness to evening outfits, and everyday ones will gain a touch of glamour and fantasy thanks to it. It is easy to combine it with a silver snake ring or a stiff bracelet.
