This handcrafted pin was made in our jewelry workshop from sterling silver (925). Through oxidation, the silver has gained a deep, graphite tone that highlights its raw and mysterious character. The irregular, wavy edge evokes the look of an old wax seal, into which the symbol of the eye has been impressed—one of the oldest and most universal protective symbols.
In many cultures, the eye stands for alertness, inner wisdom, and intuition. At the center of the pin shines a bright gold-plated brass pupil, which contrasts with the dark oxidized silver and draws the eye, adding boldness and depth.
