While their forms and interpretations changed depending on historical periods and cultural traditions, the need to tell stories and protect memories has remained unchanged.
The Semios collection is just such a story: contemporary, yet rooted in a desire to understand the world and give special meaning to objects. We created it using symbols drawn from Greco-Roman, Hindu, and Central Asian traditions, combining them into original compositions. These earrings were handcrafted in our jewelry studio from oxidized 925 sterling silver. The composition features a series of round and oval elements joined together, decorated with geometric and floral patterns. They transition into elongated spiral shapes, ending in small medallions bearing symbolic imagery. Their dynamic structure allows the earrings to sway gently with movement, naturally drawing the eye.
Depending on the pair, the tiny medallions may depict a range of motifs—from mythical creatures and legendary figures to regal profiles. The charms in each earring are not identical, and the earrings you receive may differ slightly from the pair shown in the photos.
