The Orini jewelry collection - lapis lazuli in a geometric setting
The Orini collection combines the symbolism of ancient civilizations with a modern approach to design, creating jewelry full of spiritual and artistic meaning. The designs by Anna Orska, are enriched with inspirations by Marta Niedźwiecka. The collection is about collisions and about finding oneself in these collisions. It reminds us that the past, even the difficult one, should not be discarded. To pass through the darkness and come to the light, we need to tame and integrate it. This idea is expressed in designs inspired by the phases of the moon, which also continually makes its way from shadow to light - a symbol of the cyclical nature of life. Handmade jewelry can be a talisman to support you on this path.
Striking necklace with lapis lazuli
The necklace was created from a hand-formed hoop made of gold-plated brass, on which a geometric design with a large lapis lazuli stone was placed. It is the heart of the necklace - it attracts attention and steals compliments. The pendant is distinguished by a contrasting combination of structures - the lower element has a brushed surface, while the upper one has a smooth matte surface. To make the necklace comfortable to wear, it fastens with a lobster claw clasp and has an extension with large round links finished with the ORSKA logo.
Each lapis lazuli is unique. No two natural stones are the same, so the stone that will adorn your necklace may differ slightly from the one in the photo.
The minimalist, yet full of substance design makes the necklace perfectly compatible with both everyday looks and elegant outfits. The necklace will create a striking set with the stiff lapis lazuli bracelet or ring from the same collection.
Lapis lazuli - a prized stone with an intense blue color
Lapis lazuli has fascinated people around the world for centuries. In Ancient Egypt, lapis was a stone associated with the gods, heaven and eternity. It symbolized protection, divinity and wisdom. It was believed to have the ability to ward off evil. In ancient Greece, lapis lazuli was believed to be the “stone of heaven” because of its color and was believed to bring harmony, protection and healing to the body. Since the Renaissance, lapis lazuli has been seen more as a symbol of luxury and refined taste. It was used in the jewelry of the aristocracy and as decoration for everyday objects such as caskets and dagger handles.
