Guatemala Collection – a story from the heart of the earth

The Guatemala Collection brings together two worlds: the ancient traditions of Guatemalan artisans and contemporary minimalist design. In the heart of Central America, ORSKA found inspiration to create jewelry full of spirituality and meaning. Jadeite was considered more precious than gold in Mayan culture. For centuries, it has symbolized harmony, protection, and strength. It was an amulet connecting body and spirit, the human world with the invisible. In the Guatemala Collection, jadeites shine in various shades: green, black, pink, and white. The stones, hand-cut by master Stanislavo in a Guatemalan workshop, traveled to our jewelry studio, where they were combined with precise metalwork. Set in minimalist silver and gold-plated frames, they became contemporary jewelry carrying centuries of memory and the energy of the earth.

Long, gold-plated earrings with light jadeite from the Guatemala Collection

These earrings are handcrafted from gold-plated brass and jadeite cut into elongated, slender cones. Immediately striking is the white jadeite with gray inclusions, reminiscent of clouds trapped in a luminous crystal. At the top of each earring is an inverted cone with a smooth, satin finish, to which a gold-plated silver post is attached. An additional link connects to another brass cone with a ribbed finish. From this form, halfway down the earring, the jadeite emerges.

Natural stones are used in this collection, so no two pairs are identical, and individual earrings may vary slightly in color from the ones shown in the photos.

White jadeite – the stone of purity and calm

In Mayan culture, white jadeite symbolizes purity and harmony. It is believed to bring peace and inner balance, helping to clear the mind and reduce stress. Some wear white jadeite as a talisman to support communication and harmony in relationships, believing it fosters empathy and understanding.
