Guatemala Collection – a journey to the land of jade and colorful textiles

A trip to Guatemala is an encounter with a country where time does not flow linearly, and centuries-old craftsmanship intertwines with the present. Jade – considered by the Mayans to be more valuable than gold – was an amulet connecting body and spirit, humans with the invisible world. Weaving, in Mayan culture, was an alphabet of memory, a record of history expressed in colors and patterns. ORSKA’s Guatemala Collection merges these two worlds: the spirituality of stone and the memory of textiles. Jade stones, hand-cut by master Stanislavo in a Guatemalan workshop, were brought to ORSKA’s studio, where jewelers set them in minimalist silver and gold-plated brass settings. Meanwhile, fabrics from Chichicastenango were transformed into a limited series of kimonos and bracelets, showcasing the richness of their colors. The Guatemala Collection demonstrates that true beauty arises where hands and heart work in harmony.

At the front is a square, geometrically and precisely cut black jade stone, encased in a smooth, polished frame.
