New Stone – Jewelry with a Story from the Far North

Discover the newest gem in the New Stone collection – a deep blue stone, as rich and profound as the Arctic waters surrounding the endless shores of Svalbard. But this is no ordinary stone.
It was created from upcycled marine litter gathered from one of the wildest places on Earth: a 120-liter barrel, a piece of discarded fishing net, and a stray buoy. These materials were cleaned, cut, refined, and set with the precision of fine gemstones. The result? Three handcrafted, gold-plated pins – worn close to the heart, they symbolize our shared responsibility for the planet.
This is jewelry that does more than adorn – it speaks, inspires, and stirs emotion. Each pin is a reminder that even the smallest gesture can make a meaningful impact.

Small Pin with Deep Blue Stone – from the New Stone Collection

This pin is part of the limited edition New Stone line and was handcrafted from gold-plated brass. Soft, flowing contours embrace a synthetic stone in a deep navy blue hue. Its abstract, organic shape evokes drifting sea ice gliding through Arctic waters.

Tidying up Svalbard – A Small Pin, A Big Impact

The New Stone pins were created in collaboration with explorer Anita Horowska and the forScience Foundation, which has been cleaning Arctic beaches for years as part of its scientific expeditions.
Between 2019 and 2024, more than 8 tons of waste were collected from these remote shores. All proceeds from pin sales go directly toward supporting the Foundation’s ongoing environmental work. Because even though the Arctic may be far away, its future depends on us all.
