Jewelry in the shape of a blooming cherry blossom from the Plantis collection
The Japanese say that beauty is felt differently when you know it will soon fade. This sensitivity even has its own name-mono no aware and for centuries it has shaped Japanese culture, art, and the way of seeing the world. Its symbol is the sakura: a flower that captivates intensely, yet briefly. The latest line of the Plantis collection was born from the same sensitivity and the belief that the beauty of nature deserves to be preserved in a lasting, jewelry form. Blooming cherry blossoms inspired earrings, necklaces, brooches, and pins that capture the beauty of the moment for longer. Wearing Plantis means carrying two truths at once: durability and fragility, eternity and the fleeting moment.
Cherry Blossom Pin
This pin was handcrafted in our jewelry studio. The flower was formed from brass, painted in a soft pink shade, and assembled with small jewelry screws, much like origami. Thanks to this technique, it is not soft and dreamy, but rather geometric, precise, and distinctive. The stamens are made of gold-plated brass—their golden shine adds lightness and brilliance to the composition. At the center of each flower sits a sparkling synthetic crystal. The handmade jewelry appears light and romantic. In the Plantis garden, the cherry blossom pin is also available in graphite, white, and red, and the collection includes a variety of earrings and brooches, allowing you to create your own multi-floral compositions.
How to Style Brooches
Pins and brooches work best as small yet expressive accents that highlight the character of an outfit. They can be attached to blazer lapels, shirt collars, sweaters, berets, or even bags and backpacks, creating an eye-catching detail. In minimalist looks, a single brooch can become an elegant focal point, while combining several pins allows for a more creative, personalized style. It’s also worth experimenting with placement - for example, pinning a few in a line on a blazer pocket or asymmetrically on a collar - so that even simple outfits gain a unique touch. Combine cherry blossoms with chamomiles, forget-me-nots, poppies, and pansies to create your own floral meadow that attracts attention and earns compliments.
