Aurora Jewelry – Where Earth Meets Sky
The Aurora collection was born out of admiration for the breathtaking spectacle of the northern lights. Tourmalines shimmer in colors that resemble streams of light across the night sky. The gemstones used in this collection were cleaved rather than cut, allowing them to preserve their raw, natural form. Each was individually set in gold-plated sterling silver, making every piece truly one of a kind. Alongside tourmalines, Aurora also features aquamarines, blue topazes, onyx, and rock crystals known as Herkimers. A strong highlight of the collection is schorl - black tourmaline-which adds depth and character. Aurora is jewelry where the rawness of the earth meets the light of the dawn sky.
Statement Silver Ring with Black Tourmaline from the Aurora Collection
This striking ORSKA ring was handcrafted from oxidized 925 sterling silver, giving it a deep graphite tone. At its center lies a large, elongated gemstone -black tourmaline, also known as schorl- set in a bold bezel on a double band. The stone was not polished but cleaved, which preserved its natural texture. The mineral’s surface is full of distinctive grooves and striations, bearing marks of the chisel, much like the grain lines of wood. In nature, no two tourmalines are alike - there are no two identical rings. Stones may vary slightly in shape, size, and shade, making each piece unique and original.
If you’re unsure which ring size to choose, you’ll find detailed guidance in the “sizes” section on our website.
How to Style Statement Rings
A large ring is more than an accessory-it’s a bold style statement. Worn solo, it draws every gaze and can transform even the simplest outfit. You don’t need to wait for a special occasion to wear it - it creates the occasion itself. It looks best on the middle or index finger, naturally elongating the hand and accentuating gestures. This is jewelry for confident individuals who don’t hide in the shadows - because with a ring like this, it’s impossible to go unnoticed. For a layered look, pair it with delicate bands or thin rings from the Aurora Collection to highlight its character without overwhelming it. Combined with rings featuring blue topaz, green tourmaline, or a transparent Herkimer, it beautifully complements minimalist, monochrome outfits - adding a powerful jewelry accent that breaks through simplicity.
